Booking
You book with the form on our booking page, so that your flight details are in writing. For a quick question, message us on WhatsApp. Your booking is agreed when we have replied with a fixed price and you have tapped Book at this price. The day before (or as soon as you book, if you arrive the same day), we send you a message to confirm: please tap I'm coming (or reply), because without your answer we cannot keep the car for you. If your flight, date or number of passengers changes, send us the new details as soon as you can.
Delayed flights
If your flight is late, we wait for you. A delay costs nothing extra, because we count from when your plane actually lands. Waiting at the airport is free for 1 h 30 after landing. After that, waiting costs 25,000 Ar or €5 per started half hour, and you pay it with the ride.
Payment
You pay at the end of the ride, in cash in euros or Malagasy ariary, or by mobile money. There is no deposit, and we never ask you to pay in advance. If anyone asks you to pay before your trip, it is not us.
Cancelling
Plans change. Cancelling costs nothing: tap Cancel my booking on your booking page (the link in our message), or tell us as soon as you can, so that the car is free for someone else.
Personal data
Ivato Airport Taxi in Antananarivo is responsible for the personal data described here.
When you write to us on WhatsApp or through the form, we receive your name, how to reach you, your flight details and your message. We use them only to plan and carry out your trip. We do not sell them or pass them on to anyone else.
The form sends your booking by email to our inbox, through Cloudflare (which runs the website) and our email service. It is also saved in our booking book, hosted by Cloudflare, which only Vanessa can open. We delete your name and contact details from it 6 months after your trip.
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your details: write to us on WhatsApp or through the form. The site uses no cookies for tracking or advertising.
